The following general terms and conditions apply to all products & services on the Aquarius Media website. Aquarius Media is a close corporation company with limited liability based in the Republic of South Africa. By visiting our website and/or purchasing a product or service from Aquarius Media, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated by us from time to time without notifying customers. Users should check if any updates were made when they visit the Aquarius Media site.

Aquarius website

The Aquarius Media website offers information on a variety of products & services, including but not limited to rubber stamps, resin domed stickers, name badges, vinyl stickers & more. Users are able to submit queries to Aquarius Media via our website if they’re interested in receiving more information. Users are also able to order products through our online website shop.

Prices

Prices for all products on the Aquarius Media website are displayed in the national currency of South Africa. The price of the products on our website include shipping to clients across the country for orders above R1500. We will charge setup fee for certain products when the print run is below minimum order quantities.

Delivery

Delivery fees will be charged for certain products ordered & for certain provinces. Once the order is ready for dispatch, then delivery will take 1 to 2 days for express delivery & 2 to 3 days for standard delivery. Clients are also able to collect provided they are close enough to our premises in Johannesburg.

Confirmation of orders

When users place an order on the Aquarius Media website, they constitute an offer to purchase products subject to this agreement. Aquarius Media will accept your offer once we receive the payment for the products you order.

Payment terms

Aquarius Media will only release the order once payment has been made in full. Payment can be in the form of a direct payment or COD.

Warranty & return policy

Customised products can’t be returned, however if a mistake has been made by Aquarius Media then this will rectified by manufacturing a new product for the client. Off the shelf products will have a 7 day return policy with a one year warranty. There will be a 10% handling fee charged for any returned goods. Ink cartridges that have been opened from their packet will have a no return policy.

Procedures in the event of malfunctions

In the event of a malfunction, clients have the option of contacting Aquarius Media. Our staff are equipped with the knowledge to help guide the client on how to resolve the problem.
