    Print File
    • Do not alter the orientation of your artwork by flipping or mirroring it.
    • We accept the following file formats: PDF, PNG, TIF, JPG.
    • Your artwork should be submitted with a resolution between 300 and 900 dpi.
    • Ensure your artwork is submitted in the exact dimensions you desire for printing. Clearly specify the final image size in your submission. Note: We are unable to alter the size of your image.
    • Save your file in RGB format. CMYK files will be converted to RGB.
    • Artwork containing spot colors will be converted to RGB.
    • If you wish to exclude the background from being printed, please remove it before submission. Any background not removed will be included in the print.
    File Transfer

    When preparing your own sheet, please ensure it does not exceed a width of 55cm. For files larger than 10MB, kindly use WE TRANSFER (www.wetransfer.com) for submission. Please direct your files to our email at [email protected]

    No Gradient Effect

    Please remove all shadow or gradient effects and any transparency or see-through elements, as they are not compatible with DTF printing and will not appear as they do on your screen when printed.

    Colour Accuracy

    Please note that we cannot take responsibility for colour accuracy. It is essential that you carefully verify all colours before submitting your artwork, as we do not perform colour checks on your behalf.

    All artwork must be supplied in CMYK colour mode, as our printing equipment operates using the CMYK colour process. Please ensure that your artwork and images have been correctly converted to CMYK before submission.

    If your artwork contains RGB or Pantone colours, please convert these to CMYK and review the resulting colours carefully before submitting your files. Colours displayed on a monitor may differ from the final printed result, and some RGB and Pantone colours cannot be reproduced exactly using CMYK printing.

    By submitting your artwork, you confirm that the colour values have been checked and approved for production.

     
    No Small Text

    Text smaller than 1mm may not print clearly and is unlikely to transfer effectively onto the garment. Fine details are also prone to not adhering properly to the transfer material. For optimal results, consider adding a stroke or thickening any fine details. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for artwork that does not meet these minimum guidelines.

    300 DPI Resolution

    For optimal print quality, please create artwork at 300 DPI. Images of lower resolution may result in poor print quality and can appear pixelated.

    A high-quality image is essential for achieving a sharp and clean print. Pay close attention to the edges of your images and designs, ensuring there are no pixelated edges.

    Same-Day Printing & Cut-Off Times

    We offer same-day DTF printing for orders received and approved before 13:00, subject to production capacity.

    To qualify for same-day printing, payment and print-ready artwork must be received and approved by 13:00.

    Orders received after 13:00 will be scheduled for the next available production slot.

    Please ensure your artwork meets our DTF print-ready requirements before submission. Any artwork requiring changes or corrections may affect your turnaround time.

    Same-day printing is subject to order size, production capacity, and any additional requirements. For large or urgent orders, please confirm availability with our team.

    How do you charge?

    We charge per running metre. Our minimum printing dimensions are 550mm by 1000mm. We utilize gang sheets for order setup, allowing you to place various designs, both multicolor and black and white, on a single sheet.

    Can you deliver nationwide?

    We offer nationwide delivery services, partnering with The Courier Guy for shipping. Options include road freight or overnight express delivery. To ensure safe transit, we package the printed DTF film in a postal tube. Additionally, for clients located in the Gauteng region, we provide direct delivery through our drivers.

    When will I receive my order?

    After confirming payment, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours. Please note, delivery to remote areas may require an additional day due to courier service schedules.
