DTF Printing: Revolutionizing Textile Printing

In the dynamic world of textile printing, DTF Printing stands out as a groundbreaking technique. This method, known as Direct to Film printing, has transformed the industry. By offering unmatched versatility and quality, it caters to a wide range of fabric types. Here, we delve into the essence of DTF Printing, its benefits, and its applications.

Understanding DTF Printing

DTF Printing is a process where designs are printed onto a special film. Then, through heat, they are transferred onto fabric. This method differs from traditional printing techniques. It does not require pre-treated fabrics. This aspect makes DTF Printing highly versatile.

The Process Simplified

The process starts with printing a design onto a PET film. A powder adhesive is then applied to the print. After drying, the film is heat-pressed onto the fabric. The result? Vibrant, durable designs on your chosen material.

Moreover, it streamlines the production process. Businesses can offer custom designs without significant investment in pre-treatment or setup.

No Gradient Effect

Please remove all shadow or gradient effects and any transparency or see-through elements, as they are not compatible with DTF printing and will not appear as they do on your screen when printed.

RGB Colour

We do not take responsibility for color accuracy. It’s essential that you verify your colors, as we do not perform color checks on your behalf. Keep in mind that most monitors display images in RGB; ensure your files are saved in RGB format. Additionally, please review your Pantone colors carefully. What appears on your screen may differ from the printed result since colors will be converted to RGB.

No Small Text

Text smaller than 1mm may not print clearly and is unlikely to transfer effectively onto the garment. Fine details are also prone to not adhering properly to the transfer material. For optimal results, consider adding a stroke or thickening any fine details. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for artwork that does not meet these minimum guidelines.

300 DPI Resolution

For optimal print quality, please create artwork at 300 DPI. Images of lower resolution may result in poor print quality and can appear pixelated.

A high-quality image is essential for achieving a sharp and clean print. Pay close attention to the edges of your images and designs, ensuring there are no pixelated edges.
